Search Engine Optimisation - An online marketing strategy for better ROI

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) are techniques used to optimise websites for targeted keywords/search terms in search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, et cetera. Search Engine Optimisation shifts websites to top positions on search result pages when users look for products and services related to a particular business.

Many successful businesses have used SEO as their online marketing strategy for years. This is because most people use search engines like Google to research the products and services they require or want.

Almost every search engine offers some form of paid marketing. Google’s version is called AdWords, and it has the potential to make your business website appear on page one of Google search results within 48 hours. Google charges you based on the number of clicks the advertisement receives – this way, you only pay if someone visits your website. AdWords provide an effective, efficient and customer-focused online marketing strategy suited to any business.

Pure SEO is an Auckland-based SEO/SEM company specialising in online marketing.
Consulting with small business

Hi all

We've finished our first week of public meetings.

One of the things that has come up over and over again is a concern about the need for us to find a way to connect with small business owners and workers to make sure we build their needs into the strategy.

We always knew that it was going to be a big ask to get small business along to meetings - particularly meetings held during the day. But I'd be really interested in any views about the things we might be able to do to give small business owners and workers the best chance to provide us with ideas.

Does this forum work? Or can we expect written submissions?

cheers
Monique

Posted to: Consulting with small business
